Democrats Insult Jimmy Carter On His Deathbed

This is crazy!

The Democratic National Committee stirred huge controversy across social media this Presidents Day by sharing a photo featuring all living Democratic presidents except for Jimmy Carter, the 99-year-old former leader. The omission of Carter from the image prompted radio host Jason Rantz to remark, “In celebrating living Democrat presidents, the Democrat Party forgot Jimmy Carter,” in a now-deleted post on X platform.

The photo showcased former Presidents Clinton, Obama, and the current President Biden with a caption wishing “Happy Presidents Day.” Notably absent was Jimmy Carter, who has been under hospice care since surpassing the one-year mark in February of last year.

Despite inquiries, the DNC refrained from immediate comment on the matter. Carter, the 39th president of the United States, reached the age of 99 in October and transitioned to hospice care on February 18, 2023, as announced by the Carter Center.

Opting to spend his remaining time at home with his family, Carter decided against further medical intervention following a series of brief hospital stays due to health concerns, particularly related to his battle with cancer.

The Carter family, through a statement to USA Today, expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love and support they have received while emphasizing the importance of respecting their privacy during this challenging period.

They also highlighted the significance of Carter’s decision to enter hospice care, noting that it has sparked meaningful conversations nationwide regarding end-of-life care and family dynamics.
