Biden Sleeps As GOP Prepares For The Worst

On Monday, Governor Greg Abbott of Texas introduced a fresh initiative named the Texas Tactical Border Force, prior to the expiry of the Title 42 public health order. The order had been helpful in preventing migrants from gaining entry into the United States.

According to Fox, during a press conference at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Governor Abbott declared that the Texas National Guard is preparing to deploy skilled National Guard personnel to designated high-risk areas along the border. The deployment, which involves loading Black Hawk helicopters and C-130s, aims to prevent the entry of migrants attempting to cross the Texas border unlawfully. According to the Governor, the move is a response to what he termed as “Joe Biden’s reckless border policies.”

The Texas National Guard released a statement indicating that they have mobilized an additional 545 service members to various locations within the state on Monday to bolster their border operations. This move is in anticipation of the termination of the Title 42 immigration restrictions, and is aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of their mission.

The Texas National Guard has affirmed that the additional 545 forces will work in conjunction with the existing thousands of service members to assist state and local law enforcement agencies in securing the border. Their objective is to halt the smuggling of drugs, weapons, and individuals into Texas and prevent, detect, and interdict transnational criminal activity between ports of entry. The National Guard has also expanded their capabilities by incorporating boat teams to patrol river miles, drones and helicopters to detect illicit activities from the air, as well as security points, brush teams, and roving patrols to obstruct and deter illegal smuggling operations.

Governor Abbott was accompanied by several officials during the announcement, including Texas Border Czar Mike Banks, Texas National Guard Adjunct General Thomas Suelzer, and Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw.

Governor Abbott made a statement, expressing his concern over President Biden’s approach to the nation’s borders. According to the Governor, the President’s policies are creating an environment that sends a message to people across the globe that the U.S. border is open for all. This message will likely result in an unprecedented influx of illegal immigrants. Abbott fears that the President’s open border policies will lead to disastrous outcomes for the United States.

Abbott slammed Biden saying, “According to the Biden administration itself, they anticipate about 13,000 people coming across the border illegally every single day. If you extend that out over the course of a year, it means it will be about 4,700,000 people coming across the border a year. That will mean there will be more people coming across the border illegally than there are residents of the massive city of Chicago.”
