Trump Denied Justice

New York Attorney General Letitia James, who the Democrats have assigned to destroy Trump’s reputation, is now claiming that he owes her $110,000 for being in contempt of court for refusing to comply with a subpoena for the investigation into his business.

According to Newsmax, James took to Twitter of all places and wrote, “Today, the court again ruled in our favor and upheld an order that Donald Trump was in contempt of court and must pay my office $110,000. There are consequences for abusing the legal system.”

In 2019, Letitia James probed Donald Trump business and asked the court to fine him $10,000 per day for refusing to hand over documents and information she was demanding that was relevant to her legal case against him.

The court then ordered Trump to hand over documents which showed that he inflated the values of his assets to banks to get loans for his business.

Trump attorney Alina Habba fired back at James saying, “We are prepared to adamantly oppose the frivolous and baseless motion filed by the attorney general’s office. Our client has consistently complied with the many discovery requests served by the attorney general’s office over the years.”

Today, James is demanding that Trump pay her $110,000 dollars for this mess and is likely looking for more ways to waste Trump’s time money and resources. All of this just to prevent him from running again in 2024. These Democrats will do anything they can to destroy America and prevent Trump from fixing it again.
