Trump Says America's Children Need To Be Protected, You Agree?

Biden Family Member Arrested?

An Arkansas judge has issued a directive for Hunter Biden to personally attend a court hearing in July. The purpose of this hearing is to address allegations of financial concealment in the ongoing child support dispute with the mother of one of his children. This summons carries the potential consequences of contempt charges and even imprisonment.

According to the Washington Examiner, Judge Holly Lodge Meyer, presiding over Hunter Biden’s child support case in Arkansas, issued an order on Monday, stipulating that President Joe Biden’s son must personally appear at the Independence County Courthouse in Batesville on July 10th. The purpose of this appearance is for Hunter Biden to provide an explanation as to why he should not be held in contempt. This directive came in response to arguments presented by Lunden Alexis Roberts’ attorneys, who claimed that Hunter Biden had disregarded the judge’s May order to disclose his financial information.

Judge Holly Lodge Meyer acknowledged that Lunden Alexis Roberts’ legal team had requested potential “punishment or sanctions” against Hunter Biden. She also stated that she would personally assess these requests, including the possibility of “incarceration for civil contempt” for a maximum duration of six months. Furthermore, the judge mentioned the option of “incarceration for criminal contempt” for a period of up to six months as well.

Judge Holly Lodge Meyer included additional information in her statement, emphasizing that Hunter Biden has been officially notified that his “ability to pay” is a matter of significance in the contempt proceedings. She further stated that during the hearing, President Biden’s son will be given the chance to address statements and inquiries pertaining to his financial situation. The judge highlighted that Hunter Biden can be subjected to a specific determination by the court regarding his capacity to fulfill the required payments.

Navy Joan Roberts, the child in question, was born in Arkansas in August 2018. The circumstances surrounding her conception involve Hunter Biden’s previous relationship with Hallie Biden, who is the widow of his late brother Beau Biden. Navy Joan has been residing with her mother since then. It is worth noting that President Joe Biden has not publicly acknowledged his granddaughter’s existence in his statements during his time in office.

Initially, Hunter Biden had denied both paternity and any recollection of meeting the mother at the Mpire Club in Washington, D.C. However, in January 2020, the judge declared that the DNA test results provided overwhelming evidence indicating that Hunter Biden is, with near scientific certainty, the biological father of the child involved in the case. In 2020, Hunter reached a settlement with Roberts for a sum of $2.5 million. However, the case was subsequently reopened, and Hunter Biden is currently engaged in a court battle in Arkansas to reduce his ongoing child support payments.

In December 2022, Lunden Alexis Roberts’ legal representatives filed a request to change her 4-year-old daughter’s surname to “Biden.” Their argument was that the Biden name has become synonymous with attributes such as being well-educated, successful, financially savvy, and politically influential. On the other hand, Hunter Biden’s lawyers have endeavored to prevent his daughter from adopting the family name.
