Trump Fires Back At Kamala

In a recent statement, the Trump campaign took aim at Vice President Kamala Harris, particularly in light of her medical report that emphasizes her health status. Steven Cheung, the communications director for Trump’s campaign, highlighted the contrast between Trump’s rigorous campaign schedule and what he described as Harris’s much lighter commitments.

Cheung pointed out that Trump proactively released updates from his personal physician, along with detailed evaluations from Dr. Ronny Jackson, the former White House physician. These documents affirm that Trump is in “perfect health” and fully capable of serving as Commander in Chief. “While President Trump has maintained an unprecedented and vigorous campaign schedule, Kamala Harris struggles to meet even basic campaigning demands,” Cheung stated. “Her reduced schedule indicates not just a lack of stamina but raises questions about her qualifications for the presidency.”

Harris recently made headlines by releasing her medical history, which claims she is in “excellent health” and fit for the presidency. Her doctor, Joshua R. Simmons, noted that she is a “healthy 59-year-old female” with minor medical issues like seasonal allergies and urticaria, as well as wearing contact lenses. This report stems from her latest physical examination conducted in April 2024.

Despite Harris’s assurances regarding her health, Trump has previously expressed willingness to share his medical records, a promise that has yet to be fulfilled. Cheung included links in his statement to letters from Dr. Jackson and Trump’s personal physician, both underscoring the former president’s strong health.

As the campaign heats up, the stark differences in energy and engagement between the two candidates are becoming increasingly apparent, raising concerns about whether Harris is truly prepared to step into the highest office in the land. Polls appear to reflect these sentiments, showing voters’ growing apprehension about her qualifications.
