Kamala Says 81 Million People Fired Trump, Is this True?

Rubio Demands Answers From Kamala

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has called out Vice President Kamala Harris for failing to deliver on her campaign promises, echoing concerns voiced by former President Donald Trump. In a recent presidential debate hosted by ABC News, Trump questioned Harris during his closing remarks about why her campaign pledges have not been fulfilled while she is in office. Rubio, who endorsed Trump earlier this year, praised Trump’s closing argument as “the most compelling moment” of the debate, highlighting that Harris is deeply entrenched in the current administration’s policies.

On Fox News’s One Nation with Brian Kilmeade, Rubio emphasized that Harris, as Vice President, holds a pivotal role within the administration and should be held accountable for the administration’s track record. “You’ve had the chance; you’re not an outsider anymore,” Rubio remarked. “Kamala Harris is at the heart of the administration. If these promises were so crucial, why haven’t they been acted upon? I think many voters see this difference. There’s a stark contrast between impressing media elites and truly connecting with the electorate. Ultimately, it’s the voters, not the media pundits, who will determine the outcome of this election.”

Rubio also criticized ABC News’s debate moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, for their handling of fact-checking. He specifically pointed out their failure to correct Harris on the controversial Charlottesville report, which has been widely discredited. Despite these issues, Rubio believes the debate played to Trump’s advantage by exposing the media’s apparent bias against him, thereby reinforcing to the public that media outlets have a vested interest in seeing Trump defeated.

Additionally, Rubio took issue with the debate’s opening question, which focused on how Harris would address the economy. He argued that the question should have instead challenged Harris on what distinct plans she would offer, contrasting her current role with her past campaign promises. Rubio was critical of Harris’s response, which he felt was more about her personal background than concrete policy proposals.

Recent polling shows that the race remains tight, with Harris leading Trump 52%-46% among likely voters. Trump has since declared that he will not participate in another debate with Harris, asserting that he emerged victorious from the last one and suggesting that Harris is seeking a rematch after her perceived defeat.
