Trump Exposes Deceitful 2024 Candidate
In a notable shift of stance, Former President Trump and his campaign are now branding GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy as a “fraud,” cautioning their supporters against backing the biotech entrepreneur and asserting that a vote for him would benefit the opposition. Trump, in a recent Truth Social post, urged his followers not to support Ramaswamy, portraying him as “not MAGA” and accusing him of employing deceptive campaign tactics to hide his true stance on the former president.
According to Trump, Ramaswamy initially presented himself as a strong supporter but has now resorted to disguising his allegiance through cunning campaign strategies. Trump’s senior campaign adviser, Chris LaCivita, echoed similar sentiments on the platform formerly known as Twitter, branding Ramaswamy as the “number one FRAUD” of the campaign and asserting that Trump doesn’t require “saving.”
Ramaswamy, who has consistently defended Trump throughout the 2024 presidential run and criticized other GOP opponents for not adequately supporting the former president, found himself under attack after Colorado’s Supreme Court barred Trump from the ballot. Despite facing adversity, Ramaswamy reaffirmed his support for Trump, expressing deep respect for him and labeling him as the best President of the 21st century.
The biotech entrepreneur, undeterred by Trump’s late-game attack, emphasized the need to recognize the harsh reality that the system would stop at nothing to keep Trump away from the White House. Ramaswamy, currently polling at around 7.6 percent in Iowa, stands in contrast to Trump’s 53.6 percent, as per averages from The Hill/Decision Desk HQ. The timing of Trump’s criticism coincides with the release of a new Des Moines Register/NBC News/Mediacom Iowa poll, just ahead of the Iowa caucuses scheduled for Jan. 15.
