44% Of Americans Say They Will Vote For Biden Over Trump, Will You?

VIDEO: Liz Cheney’s New Attack To Destroy GOP

Liz Cheney, a former representative from Wyoming who belongs to the Republican Party, has released a campaign advertisement in New Hampshire. The ad aims to caution voters who will cast their ballots in the 2024 election against supporting former President Trump.

In transcript provided by The Hill, Cheney can be heard saying in the video, “Donald Trump has proven he is unfit for office. Donald Trump is a risk America can never take again.”

As a member of the House select committee that investigated the events of January 6th, Liz Cheney criticized former President Trump for his conduct leading up to the 2020 election, which he ultimately lost to now-President Biden.

“Donald Trump is the only president in American history who has refused to guarantee the peaceful transfer of power. He lost the election and he knew it. He betrayed millions of Americans by telling them the election was stolen. He ignored the rulings of dozens of courts,” Cheney says in the video.

“Rather than accept his defeat, he mobilized a mob to come to Washington and march on the Capitol. Then, he watched on television while the mob attacked law enforcement, invaded the Capitol and hunted the vice president,” she added.

According to NBC News, Liz Cheney’s political action committee, The Great Task, has unveiled an advertisement titled “Risk.” The ad will be broadcast in New Hampshire during the on-air town hall event that former President Trump is scheduled to participate in on Wednesday.

In the advertisement, Liz Cheney also drew attention to former President Trump’s failure to immediately instruct the rioters to disperse on January 6th. She went on to claim that Trump disregarded warnings that his plans for that day were unlawful, indicating that he “didn’t care.” Cheney further stated that no other president has displayed a greater abandonment of their responsibilities than Trump did during that event.

Following the 2018 midterm elections, former President Trump declared his intention to seek the presidency once again in 2024. While Liz Cheney has been linked to rumors about a potential bid for the presidency, she has not officially announced her candidacy. These rumors gained momentum in late 2022, but to date, Cheney has not made any formal declarations about her plans.

In the 2022 primary elections, Liz Cheney lost her bid for reelection to the House of Representatives to a challenger named Harriet Hageman. Hageman was supported by former President Trump during her campaign.
