The more concerning figure for the administration is the level of disapproval.
According to the poll, 66 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s job performance, producing a net approval rating of minus 32.
That represents a larger gap than CNN recorded during the final days of Trump’s first administration following the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot.

While Trump continues to enjoy overwhelming support within the Republican Party, the poll found some signs of declining enthusiasm.
