VIDEO: Biden Trashes Top World Leader, White House Panics
On Wednesday evening, President Joe Biden held a press conference following a reception for APEC leaders in San Francisco, which was preceded by a bilateral meeting with China’s Xi Jinping. This marked Biden’s first face-to-face meeting with Xi in California in a year.
Xi Jinping received an enthusiastic welcome in San Francisco, with California Democrats ensuring the streets were thoroughly cleaned and the homeless were removed for his arrival.
During the press conference, a reporter asked Biden about his previous statement in June where he referred to Xi as a dictator during a fundraiser in California.
In response, Biden reiterated his stance, stating, “Look, he is. He’s a dictator in the sense that he’s a guy who runs a country that is a communist country that’s based on a form of government totally different than ours.”
The off-script response caught Secretary of State Antony Blinken off guard, evident in his panicked reaction. Blinken shook his head and bristled as Biden delivered his answer.
