VIDEO: Biden Runs Away From The Media

Who is controlling Biden like this?

President Joe Biden’s recent interaction with reporters has reignited concerns about his mental sharpness. During a White House press event on Tuesday to introduce the White House Competition Council, aimed at addressing the rising cost of living, Biden’s response to reporters’ questions raised eyebrows.

As the event concluded, Biden appeared disoriented, searching for a microphone and expressing apprehension about taking questions, stating, “I better not start the questions, I’ll get in trouble.” Reporters pressed on with their inquiries while a White House press handler attempted to usher them out, leaving Biden seemingly bewildered.

The incident has fueled speculation about Biden’s cognitive abilities, with some, like former Democratic campaign adviser Peter Daou, expressing concern about his well-being. This isn’t the first time Biden has alluded to facing repercussions for engaging with the press. In previous instances, he has mentioned being cautioned by staff about answering questions too freely.

Last May, Biden remarked, “I’m not supposed to be answering all these questions,” and later admitted he’d “get in trouble with staff if I don’t do this the right way.” Despite such remarks, Biden has often taken questions from reporters, a practice not always encouraged by his press team.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki acknowledged this tendency, noting that while they might advise against it, Biden ultimately decides. However, concerns persist, underscored by a recent poll indicating that a significant majority of respondents feel Biden, at 81 years old, is too aged for a potential second term.

The incident underscores ongoing concerns about Biden’s cognitive fitness and his ability to handle the demands of the presidency effectively. As the administration continues to grapple with various challenges, including economic issues and foreign policy matters, questions about Biden’s mental acuity are likely to persist, shaping public perception and political discourse.
