Pelosi Says Economy Stronger Under Biden Than Trump, Is She Right?

Democrats’ Sick Plan For America

This is the absolute worst thing that the Democrats could do.

Rumors are circulating that President Biden could soon be pushed out of the Oval Office and now it appears the top Democrat leaders are looking to throw Kamala Harris in his place.

Representative Jim Clyburn of South Carolina expressed steadfast support for the Biden-Harris ticket, emphasizing his commitment to both President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. In a recent interview with USA Today, Clyburn reiterated his loyalty, stating, “I’m a Biden-Harris supporter, so I’m not moving on from that. I support Biden-Harris. I still support Biden if Harris isn’t there and I will support Harris if Biden isn’t there.

Clyburn, a pivotal figure credited with securing Biden’s primary victory in South Carolina in 2020, advised Democrats to maintain their current trajectory despite recent speculation about potential changes at the top of the ticket. He urged for calm and stability within the party, urging Democrats to “stay the course” and avoid knee-jerk reactions.

Acknowledging Biden’s recent debate performance as subpar, Clyburn likened the situation to a baseball game, suggesting Biden should have “two more swings” to improve his performance. The debate sparked concerns among some Democrats, triggering discussions about the party’s strategy heading into the upcoming presidential election.

Following the debate, Vice President Harris defended Biden’s performance during a CNN interview, conceding a slow start but highlighting a strong finish. She contrasted Biden’s approach with that of former President Trump, emphasizing issues pertinent to American voters.

Responding to inquiries about whether another Democrat could better convey the party’s message, Clyburn asserted that there is “no better Democrat” for the task than Biden himself. Clyburn’s endorsement was pivotal during the 2020 Democratic primary, significantly bolstering Biden’s candidacy and paving the way for his eventual victory in the presidential race.

Having served in House Democratic leadership for over two decades, Clyburn has maintained a longstanding alliance with Biden, further solidifying his support for the current administration. His statements underscore his unwavering commitment to the Biden-Harris ticket and his belief in their ability to lead the Democratic Party forward.
