Speaker Johnson Takes Brutal Dig At Kamala
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is taking a stand against potential foreign interference in U.S. elections, particularly in light of recent revelations about Iranian cyberattacks targeting the Trump campaign. In a recent letter to top officials at the FBI, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Johnson demanded transparency regarding the incidents that occurred this past summer.
Johnson’s concerns stem from reports that Iranian hackers infiltrated the Trump campaign and subsequently leaked sensitive information. He emphasized that Iran’s actions appear aimed at skewing the upcoming election in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris. “Iran has shown a clear interest in undermining our electoral process, and it’s imperative we understand how they were able to breach the Trump campaign,” Johnson stated.
In his letter, Johnson pressed the intelligence agencies for detailed information on how these cyberattacks unfolded, including the timeline of detection and response. He highlighted that although the agencies acknowledged “unsolicited emails” containing stolen Trump campaign materials were sent in late June and early July, there remain critical questions regarding the efficacy of the U.S. response.
“It is unacceptable that the Biden-Harris Administration has not taken decisive action to demonstrate that such foreign meddling will be met with serious consequences,” Johnson asserted. “With less than 45 days until the election, we must ensure that our electoral integrity is not compromised by foreign adversaries.”
Johnson called for urgent measures to safeguard future elections, demanding answers by October 4. The FBI acknowledged receipt of his letter but declined to provide additional comments, while officials from the ODNI and CISA have similarly remained silent.
As Americans, we must demand accountability and action from our government to protect the integrity of our democracy. With ongoing threats from adversaries like Iran, it is crucial that we stand united in defending our electoral process from any interference that seeks to undermine the will of the people.
We need a seperate party just for rinos. That way they can
All complain about how the country is run and won’t ever have to represent anyone dumb enough to vote for them, just like they have been doing for their whole time in Congress.
