DeSantis Shuts Up Ocasio-Cortez
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis unloaded on President Biden, the Biden Administration and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez after news came out that they were trying to ban gas stoves due to health-related issues.
According to Fox, DeSantis humiliated the Democrats by launching a new line of gas oven-themed aprons with pro-freedom messages imprinted on them.
DeSantis mercilessly mocked Biden, AOC and the Dems and said, “When we say, ‘Don’t tread on Florida’ or ‘Let us alone,’ we mean that including on your gas stoves. You’re not taking our gas stoves away from us, that is your choice, and I know many people who cook a lot do not want to part with their gas stoves, and so we’re gonna stand up for that.”
What’s even more funny is that the aprons literally sold out within 24 hours on the Team DeSantis merch store.
All of this Democrat insanity started when Biden’s U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) released a new report condemning gas stoves because they allegedly caused “hazardous” air-quality concerns.
CPSC’s Richard Trumka Jr. attacked gas stoves and said, “This is a hidden hazard. Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.”
“I’m glad we’ll be standing for what’s right and standing for people’s freedoms to make their own decisions,” DeSantis said doubling down on the liberals.
“Show the Left that they’re not taking those away from us anytime soon,” Team DeSantis later added on Twitter.
