GOP Governors Build Military Base, Biden Shocked

In a recent announcement, Texas Governor Greg Abbott unveiled plans for the establishment of a military base camp aimed at consolidating National Guard troops along the state’s border with Mexico. Describing the initiative as a “win-win” scenario, Abbott emphasized its dual benefits of improving soldier conditions and reducing statewide costs associated with addressing illegal immigration.
Over the past eighteen months, Texas has found itself at the forefront of the ongoing battle at the U.S.-Mexico border. At a press conference, Governor Abbott outlined the details of the military base camp, which is set to cover 80 acres along the Rio Grande, extending six miles south to Shelby Park.
