Is Biden's DOJ Abusing Their Power?

Democrats Drag Trump Back To N.Y.

A reliable source has revealed that Donald Trump is being dragged back to New York again by Democrats for a deposition in a business fraud lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by the state’s attorney general Letitia James against Trump and his company.

According to Newsmax, this will mark the former president’s first visit to New York City since his arraignment on separate felony charges last week. These charges are related to hush-money payments made during the 2016 campaign, which were aimed at concealing allegations of extramarital affair that Trump has denied.

The unnamed source, who requested anonymity and lacked authorization to disclose details of the matter publicly, has stated that Trump will likely undergo questioning at the Lower Manhattan office of New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Last August, Trump underwent a deposition at the office of Democrat Letitia James, a few weeks before she initiated the lawsuit. During the deposition, Trump declined to answer any questions, invoking his Fifth Amendment rights that protect him against self-incrimination.

The reason for Trump’s upcoming deposition is unclear. During his previous deposition, he had refused to answer questions, claiming that he viewed the lawsuit as part of a “witch hunt.”

The lawsuit filed by Letitia James accuses Trump and the Trump Organization of providing annual financial statements that contained false information about the value of prominent assets like golf courses and hotels carrying Trump’s name. As per the lawsuit, this was done to deceive banks and other entities.

Letitia James is seeking a sum of $250 million as well as a ban on Republican Donald Trump from conducting any business within the state.
