On Thursday, ABC News reported that former President Donald Trump allegedly divulged classified nuclear information to a billionaire while at his golf club. This revelation sparked immediate reactions from experts concerning its potential implications for Trump’s ongoing criminal case regarding the handling of classified documents in Florida.
According to Raw Story, In response to the breaking news, reporter Molly Jong-Fast mockingly remarked, “GOP front runner,” on Thursday.
Prominent conservative lawyer and vocal anti-Trump activist, George Conway, stated, “Those who have accused Trump of selling the nation’s secrets should issue heartfelt apologies. He seems to give them away freely out of sheer benevolence,” he noted on Thursday.
Reed Galen, co-founder of The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump organization, weighed in as well, mentioning, “The disclosure of classified or secret information is a crime, and I believe there are laws against it. Where are our national security experts?” he questioned.
