Is Biden Out Of Touch With The American People?

Pence Frames Trump

Former Vice President Mike Pence is looking to make his 2024 presidential chances even better now by capitalizing off of trashing Donald Trump.

According NBC, during Saturday night’s annual Gridiron Dinner, Pence shocked the audience which was full of politicians and journalists when he outrageously claimed that Donald Trump “endangered” the lives of his family following the January 6th Capitol riot.

Pence claimed that Trump was wrong and history will hold him accountable for his actions.

“President Trump was wrong,” Pence said, “I had no right to overturn the election. And his reckless words endangered my family and everyone at the Capitol that day, and I know history will hold Donald Trump accountable.”

The former vice president then attacked Fox’s Tucker Carlson saying, “It was not, as some would have you believe, tourists visiting the Capitol. Tourists don’t injure 140 police officers by sightseeing. Tourists don’t break down doors to get to the speaker of the House. It mocks decency to portray it in any other way.”

Pence delivered his strongest criticism to date of his former boss, a departure from his usual reluctance to confront him. Trump has announced his bid for candidacy, while Pence has yet to do so, but he has been clearly laying the ground word for a potential run.
