Would America Collapse Under 4 More Years Of Biden?

House GOP Secretly Hoping For Trump Defeat?

Could this actually be true?!?

In a recent episode of his “War Room” podcast, Steve Bannon, the former executive of President Trump’s 2016 campaign, launched a scathing critique against House Republicans. He accused them of wanting to undermine the “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) movement and hoping for Trump’s failure in his potential 2024 White House bid.

Bannon specifically targeted Ohio GOP Representative Jim Jordan, questioning why there hasn’t been a criminal conspiracy investigation against him. He pointed out instances like those involving Fani Willis in Georgia and Letitia James in New York City. Bannon expressed frustration with the lack of action from the Justice Department and criticized Jordan’s purportedly performative support for Trump, dismissing his appearances on platforms like “Hannity” as mere talk without substantial backing.

The absence of tangible support for Trump from Republican leadership didn’t escape Bannon’s criticism. He emphasized the inertia in efforts to back the former president, asserting that despite rhetoric, there’s been little concrete action to bolster Trump’s position.

This condemnation of Republican leadership coincides with mounting dissatisfaction among party members, some of whom are advocating for the removal of Speaker Mike Johnson. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a prominent figure in Trump’s camp, joined Bannon to discuss the growing discontent, particularly stemming from Johnson’s support of a foreign aid bill that includes provisions for Ukraine.

Greene accused Johnson of betrayal, alleging that he had forsaken the Republican Party and its supporters. Bannon echoed her sentiments, calling for Johnson’s removal from the speakership.

Overall, Bannon’s remarks underscore a widening rift within the Republican Party, with factions like the MAGA movement feeling increasingly alienated from the party’s establishment figures like Johnson and Jordan.
