Kamala Says She Almost Beat Trump, You Agree?

Lindsey Graham Calls Out The FBI

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) dropped a bombshell Sunday, accusing former FBI Director James Comey and top bureau officials of hiding evidence, misleading federal courts, and leaking damaging information to wage a politically motivated attack on President Donald Trump.

Speaking with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, Graham said the infamous Crossfire Hurricane investigation was “corrupt at its core” and designed to destroy Trump’s presidency.

“This is the tip of the iceberg,” Graham warned. “Crossfire Hurricane wasn’t just the most corrupt FBI investigation ever — it’s the most corrupt investigation in American history.”

Comey was indicted last week on two charges: making false statements and obstructing a congressional proceeding. The former FBI chief denies wrongdoing, but Graham said accountability is long overdue.

Graham: Clinton Campaign Engineered Trump-Russia Hoax

Graham, who chairs the Senate Budget Committee and sits on the Judiciary Committee, tied the Trump-Russia collusion narrative directly to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

“In August 2016, less than a month after the FBI opened its investigation, Comey attended a high-level meeting with Obama, John Brennan, and others,” Graham said. “There was intelligence presented clearly showing Hillary Clinton’s campaign was behind the narrative — a calculated move to distract from her email server scandal.”

By September of that year, Graham added, Comey received a classified memo from U.S. intelligence officials explicitly linking the smear campaign to Clinton’s team.

“The plan to connect Trump to Russia was Hillary Clinton’s strategy to deflect from her own legal troubles,” Graham emphasized.

FBI Ignored Warnings, Misled Courts

Graham slammed the FBI for continuing to pursue surveillance warrants on Trump adviser Carter Page, despite repeatedly receiving evidence that undermined their case.

“Every single time there was exculpatory information that could have cleared Trump or his team, the court never saw it. It was deliberately swept under the rug,” Graham said.

He pointed to the now-debunked Steele dossier, which the FBI relied on to obtain wiretaps. According to Graham, FBI officials knew in January 2017 that the dossier’s main source admitted the information was nothing more than “bar talk” and hearsay.

“Despite knowing the truth, they went back to the court two more times to extend the warrant against Carter Page,” Graham revealed. “This was never about justice. It was about politics.”

Graham: FBI Leadership Wanted Trump to Fail

Graham did not mince words, accusing Comey of intentionally hiding key evidence.

“James Comey wanted Donald Trump to be found guilty. He wanted to destroy his presidency after the American people elected him,” Graham charged.

The senator said that the intelligence memo implicating Hillary Clinton also reached disgraced former FBI official Peter Strzok, a central figure in the Crossfire Hurricane probe.

“The question every American deserves an answer to is this: Why didn’t they take that intelligence seriously? Why didn’t they stop the investigation when they knew the truth?” Graham asked.

Why This Matters

Graham concluded with a stark warning about the weaponization of federal agencies:

“They refused to investigate, kept critical facts hidden, and leaked to the press because their ultimate goal was to bring down President Trump.”

For conservatives, this case highlights how deeply entrenched political corruption has become in Washington, D.C. Graham’s call for transparency and accountability may be the first step toward restoring public trust in America’s institutions.
