Are You Worried About Trump's Health?

Another Biden Aide Refuses To Confess

Yet another top aide from President Joe Biden’s White House has refused to testify before Congress—fueling growing concerns over what Republicans are calling the biggest cover-up in modern political history.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) revealed that Annie Tomasini, a former deputy in the Biden administration, has declined to answer questions about President Biden’s cognitive state and the mishandling of classified documents found at his home.

“It’s unbelievable,” Comer said Friday. “Biden’s inner circle is clearly hiding the truth about his fitness to serve and the potential criminal activity inside his White House.”

Refusing to Answer on Classified Docs, Mental Fitness

According to Comer, Tomasini invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked:

  • Whether she was told to lie about Biden’s mental health
  • If she was instructed to conceal or destroy classified documents
  • If she helped cover up the Biden family’s foreign business dealings

These aren’t minor questions. They strike at the heart of a growing investigation into whether President Joe Biden was mentally capable of executing his duties—and if others stepped in behind the scenes to act on his behalf.

Pattern of Silence Among Biden Allies

Tomasini is now the third key Biden associate to refuse testimony.

  • Earlier this week, Anthony Bernal—known as Jill Biden’s “work husband”—also declined to cooperate.
  • Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s longtime physician, refused to appear before the Oversight Committee earlier this month.

The repeated use of the Fifth by close aides has many asking: What is Joe Biden hiding?

DOJ Criminal Investigation Underway

Tomasini’s lawyer claims she did nothing wrong. But Comer isn’t convinced—especially as the Department of Justice has reportedly launched a criminal investigation into the handling of classified materials.

Chairman Comer has warned that the committee could issue criminal referrals, calling the Biden document scandal one of the most serious breaches of public trust in presidential history.

“This isn’t about politics. It’s about national security and transparency,” Comer stated.

Biden Denies Wrongdoing—But Questions Remain

President Biden continues to deny any misconduct. In a recent interview with The New York Times, he dismissed the investigation as “ridiculous.”

“I made every decision during my presidency—pardons, executive orders, proclamations. I was fully in charge,” Biden claimed.

However, with staffers refusing to testify, documents turning up in unsecured locations, and health concerns mounting, many Americans—especially older voters—are demanding answers.

Conclusion
The refusal to testify, the invocation of the Fifth, and the discovery of classified documents have put the Biden administration under intense scrutiny. As House Republicans press for accountability, this scandal is far from over.
