Social Security Chief Makes New Prediction

In a major announcement that’s sparking attention among retirees and working Americans alike, newly confirmed Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisignano assured the public Sunday that President Trump’s administration is taking decisive action to protect Social Security and Medicare for decades to come.

Speaking on Fox News Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Bisignano stated, “We have no intent to break a system that can be improved.” He confirmed that the Trump administration is working closely with Congress to make long-term, common-sense reforms aimed at eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse—key threats to the survival of both Social Security and Medicare.

“This team, working with the House and Senate, will ensure these programs are here for at least the next 90 years,” Bisignano said confidently.

Bisignano, who brings decades of private-sector leadership from top financial institutions, was confirmed on May 6 despite strong opposition from Senate Democrats, many of whom fear any Republican-led overhaul—regardless of purpose or efficiency.

But the Trump administration’s message is clear: These programs aren’t being cut—they’re being saved.

President Trump, along with top officials including Elon Musk—now serving in a senior role on the Department of Government Efficiency—has repeatedly vowed to protect seniors’ benefits while rooting out the waste that’s draining the trust funds.

Musk’s task force recently uncovered alarming flaws in the federal payment system, which distributes trillions in benefits. The discovery has led to a renewed push to modernize outdated systems, cut red tape, and ensure that hard-earned benefits go to the people who truly deserve them.

While the media and Democrat politicians continue pushing fear-based narratives, President Trump’s administration is taking action. The message is simple: America’s seniors deserve secure, reliable benefits—not broken promises and bloated bureaucracy.
