Trump AG Lays Down The Law

The Trump administration remains steadfast in its commitment to national security, refusing to halt deportation flights of dangerous Venezuelan criminals, despite a federal judge’s attempt to block the effort.

Attorney General Pam Bondi made it clear that these flights would continue as planned, reinforcing President Trump’s firm stance on law and order.

“These individuals have been classified as foreign terrorists by President Trump, and we will enforce the law under the Alien Enemies Act,” Bondi stated on Jesse Watters Primetime on Fox News.

Judge’s Controversial Ruling Sparks Outrage

Over the weekend, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg attempted to block the Trump administration from using the Alien Enemies Act, a law that allows the president to remove individuals from hostile foreign nations.

But Bondi wasted no time in calling out judicial overreach.

“This judge is trying to interfere in matters of national security and foreign policy—areas that are solely under the president’s authority,” she told guest host Jeanine Pirro. “He doesn’t have that power.”

Nearly 300 Violent Gang Members Deported Before Court Order

Despite the judge’s ruling, the administration successfully removed nearly 300 members of the Tren de Aragua gang—officially designated as terrorists—before the court order took effect.

“All of the flights left U.S. territory before the judge’s written order was filed,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed.

Legal experts also pointed out that the judge’s verbal order came at 6:45 p.m. EDT, while the official court record was posted at 7:26 p.m. EDT—raising serious questions about the legitimacy of the ruling.

Trump Administration Fires Back

Top officials from the Trump administration did not hold back in their response.

“This is one of the most egregiously unlawful rulings we have ever seen,” said Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller. “A single judge does not have the authority to dictate national security operations.”

Former ICE Director and border security expert Tom Homan echoed that sentiment, blasting activist judges for obstructing immigration enforcement.

“I don’t care what the judges think,” Homan said on Fox & Friends. “Our job is to protect Americans, period.”

Next Steps: Trump Team Pushes Back Against Activist Judges

The Trump administration is now seeking to have the case reassigned, citing conflicts of interest in Judge Boasberg’s ruling.

“For now, we’re evaluating our next steps,” Bondi stated.

As the battle over border security and immigration enforcement rages on, President Trump remains unwaveringprioritizing the safety of American families over political interference.
