Is Trump Bringing America Back?

Top Republican In Recovery After Terrible Injury

Senator Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) is currently recovering at home after a fall over the weekend in his home state of North Dakota left him with a concussion and a brain bleed. In a message shared on Facebook, Cramer explained that while walking down a hill toward a dock, he lost his footing on the ice and fell, striking the back of his head.

“I don’t remember anything from the fall until I woke up at the Sanford Health emergency room with my wife, Kris,” Cramer said, describing the moment of impact and the subsequent medical attention he received.

After undergoing a series of tests and a CT scan, Cramer, 64, was diagnosed with a severe concussion, a slight brain bleed, and a seizure. The senator also noted that the wound on his head was bleeding heavily, prompting doctors to place a few staples to close the wound before admitting him for further observation.

Despite the challenges, Cramer shared that he is doing “better” and is managing with only minor headaches. The doctors have advised him to take a little more time to rest, though he stated that his return to Washington D.C. would be determined on a day-by-day basis. “If circumstances require it, I am ready to return quickly,” he added.

This incident follows another injury Cramer sustained in June 2022, when he fractured his fingers while moving a large rock. The senator, who successfully won re-election in November 2022, defeated Democrat Katrina Christiansen for his second term after first securing the seat in 2018 by defeating former Senator Heidi Heitkamp.

Cramer’s determination to get back to work and serve the people of North Dakota is a testament to his commitment to his duties, and we wish him a speedy recovery.
