Democrats are currently brimming with optimism about their prospects for recapturing the House of Representatives, thanks to the shift in the top of their ticket from President Biden to Vice President Kamala Harris for the upcoming November elections.

Following their national convention in Chicago last week, a number of Democratic lawmakers have noted a significant surge in campaign activity.
