Bono Speaks On Trump’s Fight With Another Musician

Outrage is growing as U2 frontman Bono comes to the defense of Bruce Springsteen — after the rock star launched a public attack on President Donald Trump during a concert overseas.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Bono was asked where he stood in the growing feud between Trump and Springsteen. His response? “There’s only one boss in America,” a not-so-subtle nod to Springsteen’s nickname.

But Bono didn’t stop there. He also dismissed President Trump’s recent claim that left-leaning celebrities — including Springsteen, Beyoncé, and Oprah — were paid to support Vice President Kamala Harris during the 2024 election.

“I’d play tambourine just to be in a band with Bruce, Beyoncé, and Oprah,” Bono said. “But U2 and I have never been paid to back any candidate — ever.”

Trump Pushes Back — Conservatives Rally Behind Him

President Trump hasn’t stayed silent. In response to Springsteen’s political comments, Trump posted a viral video on social media showing a golf ball knocking the singer over — a tongue-in-cheek jab that many conservatives praised for its humor and accuracy.

Springsteen had claimed during a concert in the UK that the United States is now in the hands of a “corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration.”

For many patriotic Americans, that’s not just false — it’s insulting.

Bono Tries to Sway Conservatives — But Misses the Mark

Bono also attempted to appeal to religious voters, suggesting that conservative Catholics and evangelicals were unhappy with President Trump’s policies, particularly the reduction in foreign aid.

“That’s not the America we love,” he claimed. “There will be trouble.”

But his comments fell flat with many on the Right.

After all, reducing foreign aid and prioritizing America First policies — including strong borders, energy independence, and law and order — is exactly what voters elected Trump to do.

Patriotic Americans Are Tired of the Hollywood Lecture Tour

Bono, Springsteen, and other elite entertainers continue to push their globalist agendas from the comfort of their mansions. But working-class Americans — especially those 50 and older — are rejecting the narrative.

They’ve seen what happens when liberal celebrities try to influence elections. They remember the failed promises of the Obama-Biden era. And they know that President Trump stands for the forgotten men and women of this country — not the billionaire entertainers looking to stay relevant on late-night TV.

Bottom Line:
As Bono defends Bruce Springsteen and other far-left celebrities, conservative Americans are standing strong behind President Trump. They’re done with Hollywood hypocrisy — and they’re not backing down.
