Trump Says Obamacare 'Sucks,' You Agree?

Trump Doubles Down On Tariff Defense

President Donald Trump is fighting back against an unprecedented Supreme Court challenge to his use of tariffs — a cornerstone of his America First economic strategy that has rebuilt jobs, lowered inflation, and restored U.S. strength on the world stage.

🔥 “This Is Not What Our Founders Intended,” Trump Warns

In a fiery Truth Social post on Sunday, President Trump blasted the “globalist obstructionists” trying to stop his tariff program — a move he says threatens America’s sovereignty and prosperity.

“Let’s get this straight — the President of the United States can stop all trade with a foreign nation, but can’t place a simple tariff to protect national security? That’s not what our Founders intended!” Trump wrote.

“Other nations can tariff us, but we can’t tariff them? That’s their dream! Businesses are flooding back to America because of tariffs. Has the Supreme Court not been told this?”

Trump’s statement quickly went viral among supporters who credit his tariffs with reviving U.S. manufacturing and protecting American jobs from cheap foreign imports.

💼 The Case Before the Court

The Supreme Court heard arguments last week on whether the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) allows the president to impose tariffs for national security.

Every lower court previously ruled against Trump but allowed his tariffs to remain in place while the high court reviews the matter.
Trump’s team, led by U.S. Solicitor General D. John Sauer, argued that the president’s authority is clear — and essential for defending American interests.

“People who oppose tariffs are fools,” Trump said. “We are now the richest, most respected country on Earth — with low inflation, record stock markets, and the highest 401(k)s ever.”

💰 Trump’s $2,000 “American Dividend” Plan

The president revealed that tariff revenues are so strong that his administration could soon deliver direct benefits to U.S. citizens — proposing a $2,000 dividend for every American (excluding high-income earners).

“Without tariffs, we’d have none of this success,” Trump wrote. “They built America once, and they’re building it again.”

The plan has drawn huge support among working-class families and retirees who see it as proof that Trump’s policies put American citizens before foreign interests.

⚖️ Tough Questions From Justice Gorsuch

Even with a 6-3 conservative majority, the court’s questioning was intense — particularly from Justice Neil Gorsuch, one of Trump’s own appointees.

Gorsuch raised concerns about the scope of presidential power, asking whether such authority might allow Congress to “abdicate all responsibility for regulating foreign commerce — or even declaring war — to the president.”

Still, analysts believe the Court’s conservative justices may ultimately uphold Trump’s authority, recognizing his constitutional duty to defend America’s economy from unfair foreign practices.

🇺🇸 America First, Again

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick expressed confidence in the outcome, saying the administration’s arguments were strong and well-received.

For Trump, tariffs are more than an economic tool — they are a symbol of independence and American strength.

“Tariffs made America great once,” Trump said. “They’re making America great again — stronger, richer, and freer than ever before.”
