Trump Says Judges Acting Like President of US, Is He Right?

Trump Gets Massive Tariff Win

In a major win for President Trump’s America First agenda, North Macedonia has announced it will eliminate all tariffs on goods imported from the United States—aiming to earn a reciprocal agreement from the Trump administration.

The move, seen as a direct response to President Trump’s strong trade leadership, was confirmed by North Macedonia’s Finance Minister, Gordana Dimitrieska Kochoska. “By unilaterally slashing customs rates, we’re urging faster progress toward mutual trade benefits,” she said during a press briefing, according to reports.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration imposed a 33% tariff on North Macedonian exports—part of a broader push to level the playing field for American workers and businesses that have suffered under decades of lopsided trade deals.

President Trump was blunt about the reasoning: “We’re reclaiming wealth that very foolish past presidents just gave away. They didn’t have a clue what they were doing,” he told reporters.

North Macedonia’s announcement comes on the heels of a meeting between their Foreign Trade Minister Timčo Mucunski and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The timing is significant, as it follows the Trump administration’s successful new trade agreement with the United Kingdom—another sign that nations are coming to the table, ready to negotiate fair deals.

“Countries around the world are starting to realize that if they want access to the U.S. market, they need to play by the same rules,” said White House Deputy Spokesman Kash Desai. “Every time a country drops tariffs or removes trade barriers, it proves that President Trump’s policies are working—and that American industries are finally getting the respect they deserve.”

This growing wave of tariff reductions signals a major shift in global trade—driven by Trump’s tough but effective leadership. For American manufacturers, farmers, and workers, the message is clear: the era of being taken advantage of is over.
