President Biden recently wished Vice President Kamala Harris a happy birthday but once again accidentally referred to her as the President of the United States.

This is in not the first time President Biden has done this and frankly Americans are sick and tired of dealing with a president who is constantly having mental breakdowns and is always confused.

According to Fox, President Biden said, “Happy Birthday to a great president, we know your mom is always with you.”

Biden then joked that Kamala “turned 30” when in reality she is 58 years old.

This makes it the third time that President Biden has referred to Kamala Harris as the president. Americans know that Biden has been warned multiple times by his handler to not call her the President but he still does.
