A recent high-profile arrest involved a woman from Colorado accused of throwing Molotov cocktails and defacing a dealership with anti-Tesla graffiti. “This is serious criminal behavior,” Bondi warned. “We’ve made arrests, and suspects now face up to 20 years in prison. Justice will be swift and severe.”
These acts of vandalism appear connected to political backlash against Elon Musk, stemming from his role as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) under President Trump.
