Trump Clears Up MRI Lie
President Trump pushed back hard Sunday after Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) publicly demanded that the president “release the MRI results.” What started as a political jab quickly turned into a deeper debate over transparency, leadership, and Minnesota’s growing public-safety crisis.
During an exchange with reporters aboard Air Force One, a journalist mentioned Walz’s demand. Trump immediately responded:
“Governor Walz? You mean the incompetent governor?” Trump said. “If they want to release it, that’s fine with me. I’ve got nothing to hide.”
Walz reignited the controversy over Thanksgiving weekend, reposting the demand on X after Trump previously mentioned undergoing an MRI at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Instead of addressing Minnesota’s real issues, Walz appears more focused on Trump’s medical records.
Trump Points to Minnesota’s Refugee Crisis and Public Safety Breakdown
Trump then highlighted what many Minnesota residents—especially older voters—have been warning about for years: out-of-control refugee policies, rising crime, and weak Democratic leadership.
On Truth Social, Trump blasted Walz for ignoring the growing danger facing Minnesota communities:
“Hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia are completely taking over the once-great State of Minnesota. Somalian gangs are roaming the streets looking for ‘prey,’ while law-abiding citizens stay locked in their homes hoping they’ll be left alone,” Trump said.
His comments reflect long-standing public concerns about violent crime, gang activity, and community safety—issues that have become top priorities for voters 50 and older, homeowners, and retirees.
Walz Accuses Trump of ‘Demonizing’ Migrants
Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press, Walz accused Trump of “demonizing” Somali migrants and insisted the refugee population is made up of “professionals, educators, artists, doctors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs.”
But critics argue that Walz continues to downplay the real problems affecting Minnesota’s neighborhoods—crime, cultural tensions, and years of poor leadership under Democratic governors.
Growing Divide: Leadership or Deflection?
While Walz focuses on Trump’s MRI results, many Minnesotans say the real issue is the state’s safety crisis and the lack of accountability from Democratic leadership. Older voters in particular are asking why state officials are more interested in attacking Trump than confronting the fallout from unchecked immigration policies.
Trump supporters say the president’s willingness to release medical information stands in stark contrast to Walz’s refusal to address public-safety concerns—and that the governor’s political deflection is wearing thin.

“Is Trump Still Doing Everything You Voted For?”
No, he’s not. he ran on the platform to:
1. rid us of the swamp, but so far, none (at least none from the news sources that i watch/read) have been properly brought to trial, and my guess is that those that are, will not receive the proper penalty for their crimes. and the few that do get convicted (if any) will just end up in a “country-club prison” NOT a real prison. bottom-line, Americans will not get justice. i realize that the swamp is deep/extensive and can not be resolved in a mere 4 year term, BUT at least he should be working with his administration and pressuring congress and the judiciary to actively make progress to remove these criminals/ t r a i t o r s .
2. restore the 2nd Amendment as it was intended by the Founding Fathers, yet here we are, stuck with blondi [pun intended] as the AG, who had already demonstrated back when she was in Florida that she is NO fan of the 2nd Amendment. in fact, she’s responsible for pushing Florida’s Red Flag law. this, in and of itself, should have been a BIG WARNING to president Trump that she doesn’t/can’t do her job properly as she has NO CONCEPT of what the Founding Fathers intended with regards to the 2nd Amendment. as an AG, she, of all people, should recognize the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. that means that she should NOT have rejected the various 2nd Amendment cases that were brought to her, NOR should she have outright supported those who are on the side of minimizing/destroying the 2nd Amendment (ie, siding with those who favor the NFA/Red Flag laws/etc..).
now, i realize that the president has a lot on his plate, but these are just 2 areas that he promised us that can easily be resolved (or at least make significant progress on) by making it known to his staff that he expects results in these areas. based on his past actions, if these were really important issues, he would have done, just like he does in other areas, and get his staff to move and shake on these issues similar to how he’s been working on the tariff issues, taxes, etc…
