Democrat Attacks Trump

President Donald Trump proved once again that he puts America First—and Democrats can’t handle it.

On Friday, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) erupted after Trump walked away from his high-stakes summit in Alaska with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The President kept his promise: no deal is better than a bad deal.

Democrats Cry “Soft on Russia”

Swalwell, a frequent Trump critic, accused the President of being “too soft” on Moscow because no ceasefire was signed and sanctions haven’t been escalated.

But Trump supporters argue this shows strength, not weakness—because the President is refusing to cave to global pressure and instead protecting American interests first.

Swalwell went further, warning that China could use the Ukraine conflict as a blueprint for Taiwan. He told MSNBC viewers that “Europe won’t stand with us” after seeing Trump refuse to lock America into another endless war.

“The Art of No Deal”

The California Democrat mocked Trump, sneering that the President had shown “the art of no deal.” But conservatives say this is exactly the point—Trump is willing to walk away rather than sign onto a bad agreement that sells out the United States.

Before the summit, Trump made it clear: if Putin’s offer wasn’t in America’s favor, he’d leave the table. And that’s exactly what he did.

Swalwell Resorts to Insults

Frustrated, Swalwell turned to cheap shots. On social media, he called Trump “Dummy Donald” after the President’s Fox News interview on Air Force One.

He also mocked Trump’s suggestion that future U.S.-Russia trade opportunities could exist, sneering that all America could get is “more vodka and caviar at Mar-a-Lago.”

Trump Pushes for Real Peace

Despite the noise, Trump described his nearly three-hour closed-door meeting with Putin as “productive.” While the two leaders held a joint press conference, they didn’t take questions—leaving the media even more frustrated.

But the President isn’t done yet. On Monday, Trump will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House. Trump has been clear: peace must be negotiated directly between Kyiv and Moscow, not dictated by global elites.

Bottom Line

Democrats like Eric Swalwell may rage, mock, and throw insults—but Trump just reminded the world that the United States doesn’t bend to bad deals.
