Is The Trump Admin Full Of 'Shady Criminals' Like Media Says?

Trump Raises Pressure On Bondi

President Donald Trump is doubling down on his calls to hold corrupt Democrat officials accountable, turning up the pressure on Attorney General Pam Bondi and top Justice Department officials to finally take action against political rivals who, for years, have weaponized the system against conservatives.

Over the weekend, Trump shook Washington with a fiery Truth Social post, slamming the lack of charges against powerful Democrats like New York Attorney General Letitia James, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey. Trump warned that the failure to act is “killing our reputation and credibility” as a nation.

“Pam, I’ve gone through dozens of statements and messages, and they all say the same thing — a lot of talk, but no real action. People are asking, ‘What about Comey, Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, Letitia?’ They’re clearly guilty, yet nothing is happening,” Trump posted. “We have a strong case, and we can’t afford to wait any longer.”

Trump Fires DOJ Prosecutor Who Refused to Go After James

Trump’s message came just days after he removed Erik Siebert, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, who had refused to prosecute Letitia James.

Siebert reportedly resigned rather than bring charges, claiming there wasn’t enough evidence to move forward. Conservatives, however, believe this is part of a long-standing pattern of corruption where Democrat officials face no accountability while Trump and his allies are relentlessly targeted.

Letitia James has spent years going after Trump and his family, leading politically motivated lawsuits to destroy his businesses and silence his movement.

Trump and his allies allege James committed mortgage fraud, a claim she has denied. Similar allegations were also raised against Schiff and Federal Reserve Board member Lisa Cook, both of whom face growing scrutiny.

White House: ‘This Is Justice, Not Retribution’

The media and Democrats were quick to accuse Trump of “weaponizing” the DOJ, but the White House pushed back hard.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt defended Trump’s actions, pointing out that it was Joe Biden’s DOJ that first turned federal law enforcement into a political weapon.

“The President has every right to demand accountability from those who abused their power to try to destroy his life, his family, and his businesses,” Leavitt said. “This isn’t retribution—it’s justice.”

Leavitt also reminded reporters that Trump’s opponents literally campaigned on putting him in prison, making their outrage hypocritical.

“Biden and his team are the ones who politicized the DOJ, not President Trump,” she added.

Schiff, Hillary Clinton Sound Off

Adam Schiff, clearly rattled, appeared on MSNBC and accused Trump of trying to intimidate anyone who opposes him.

“He’s sending a message: anyone who dares to call out his corruption will become a target,” Schiff warned dramatically, even comparing Trump to former President Nixon.

Hillary Clinton also jumped in on X (formerly Twitter), posting:

“Picture Richard Nixon blasting the Watergate scandal out on social media instead of keeping it hidden on secret tapes — that’s exactly what this feels like.”

Conservatives blasted Schiff and Clinton’s comments as pure hypocrisy, pointing out that both Democrat power players have skated past scandal after scandal without consequences.

Why Conservatives Are Fired Up

Trump’s supporters see this showdown as long overdue. For years, the Left has been allowed to weaponize government agencies, from the FBI to the DOJ, while Republicans have been forced to play defense.

One conservative commentator summed it up:

“Firing someone who refuses to do their job isn’t corruption. It’s leadership. For too long, Democrats have been above the law. That ends now.”

Trump has tapped Lindsey Halligan, a trusted White House attorney and fierce fighter, to replace Siebert. While critics note she has never tried a federal case, supporters argue that loyalty and integrity matter more than protecting the swamp.

Trump’s Candid Message to His Base

At a memorial tribute to conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Trump revealed why he fights so fiercely.

“Charlie didn’t hold any hatred for his opponents,” Trump remarked. “But I do. I strongly dislike my opponents and don’t wish them well. That’s just how I feel.”

For millions of Americans, Trump’s unfiltered honesty is a refreshing change from the double-talk of career politicians. It’s why his movement continues to grow, even as the Left tries to silence him.

The Bigger Picture: Restoring Justice

The controversy over Trump’s push for prosecutions comes at a time when public trust in the DOJ is at historic lows. Many conservatives believe this battle isn’t just about Trump’s enemies—it’s about whether America remains a nation of laws, or whether Democrats can continue abusing power with impunity.

The next few weeks could determine whether the DOJ finally cleans house—or whether the swamp digs in even deeper.
