Warnock Wins Against Walker?

A Fulton County judge out of Georgia has just ruled that the Georgia Secretary of State can’t prohibit counties from voting on the Saturday after Thanksgiving which is a major win for Democrats in the state.

According to NBC, this was a major battle between Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the Democratic Party of Georgia regarding the December 6th Senate runoff between Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker.

Republican Brad Raffensperger attempted to block early voting however the state overpowered him which many conservative Americans found bogus.

Judge Thomas A. Cox sided with Democrats and gave them exactly what they demanded.

“The Court finds that the absence of the Saturday vote will irreparably harm the Plaintiffs, their members, and constituents, and their preferred runoff candidate,” Judge Cox wrote.

This is yet another issue that conservatives find with the voting process. Democrats continue to make voting as easy as possible which is raising major doubts for the Republican party.

Raffensperger’s spokesperson said, “We disagree with the court’s order and look forward to a prompt appeal.”
