Trump AG Calls Out Judge?
Attorney General Pam Bondi is calling out judicial overreach, slamming a federal judge for blocking deportation flights carrying dangerous illegal migrants.
Speaking on Fox News, Bondi defended the Trump administration’s right to enforce the law, saying:
“Our lawyers are handling this, but let me be clear—this judge has absolutely no authority to demand these details.”
Judge Tries to Block Trump’s Deportations of Criminal Migrants
District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-appointed liberal judge, attempted to intervene in a national security matter, demanding that the Trump administration justify deportation flights carrying members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA).
Boasberg initially gave the administration a Tuesday deadline to provide information, but later extended it to Thursday—raising serious concerns about judicial activism interfering with law enforcement.
Trump Uses the Alien Enemies Act to Protect America
Over the weekend, President Trump invoked the historic Alien Enemies Act of 1798, a powerful legal tool designed to protect Americans from foreign threats.
In response, Boasberg issued an unprecedented order, temporarily blocking the deportation of five TdA gang members and even trying to ground a flight carrying nearly 300 suspected criminals. Reports suggest that he either stopped the plane from leaving or ordered it to turn around mid-flight—a move that conservatives say puts American lives at risk.
Conservatives Push Back Against Judicial Overreach
President Trump and top Republican leaders have strongly condemned Boasberg’s overreach, calling for his impeachment and raising concerns about the judiciary interfering in national security decisions.
Bondi did not mince words, stating:
“Liberal judges have a history of overstepping their authority. They are meddling in issues far beyond their power, putting Americans in danger.”
She also posed a key question that many Americans are asking:
“Why is this judge more concerned about protecting foreign criminals who have invaded our country than ensuring the safety of American citizens?”
TdA: A Deadly Threat the Left Ignores
The Tren de Aragua gang is a dangerous international criminal organization involved in violent crime, drug trafficking, and human smuggling. Even the Biden administration labeled TdA a transnational criminal organization last year—yet left-wing judges and activists continue to defend them instead of allowing the Trump administration to secure the border.
Trump’s Commitment to Law and Order
Despite legal challenges, Trump remains committed to deporting criminals and protecting the American people. Bondi reinforced that message:
“We will continue deporting them. We will follow legal proceedings, but we will fight back, appeal, and ensure that America remains safe from these criminals.”
With crime on the rise and border security at stake, conservatives argue that the judiciary must stop interfering and allow Trump’s administration to do its job.
The Bottom Line: America Deserves Strong Leadership
This battle over deportations isn’t just about one flight—it’s about America’s safety, judicial overreach, and the need for strong leadership. Trump’s policies put Americans first, while liberal judges continue to play politics with national security.
As crime rates rise and illegal immigration surges, the choice is clear: America needs a strong leader who will stand up to activist judges and fight for the safety of American families.
