This was a shocking discovery.
Federal immigration agents arrested 36 foreign nationals during a high-stakes raid on a secret nightclub operating in Southern California, the latest sign of growing illegal immigration concerns under President Trump’s renewed enforcement push.
Illegal Immigration Crackdown Targets Hidden Nightclub
In a coordinated operation early Friday morning, agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Los Angeles stormed an underground venue. The raid was part of a larger federal effort to combat illegal immigration and organized crime.
Video footage released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shows agents arriving in the dark of night, followed by daytime scenes of individuals being detained and loaded into transport vans. The suspects—36 Chinese and Taiwanese nationals—were found to be living in the U.S. illegally.
ICE confirmed the operation in a statement posted to X (formerly Twitter):
“Early this morning, HSI Los Angeles along with @EROLosAngeles and partners from the El Camino Real Financial Crimes Task Force conducted an enforcement operation at an underground nightclub. 36 foreign nationals were arrested for immigration violations.”
Club Location Undisclosed, ICE Tight-Lipped
ICE has not revealed the exact location or name of the nightclub, citing operational security. A request for comment from Fox News Digital has not been answered.
The bust highlights growing concern over unlawful immigration and underground operations that put local communities at risk.
ICE Leadership Change Amid Stronger Border Enforcement
The raid also came one day after ICE announced a leadership transition during what officials called an era of “intensified enforcement.” Acting Executive Associate Director of ERO Ken Genalo will retire after 33 years of service to the agency.
ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons praised Genalo’s contributions:
“Ken Genalo helped deliver the results the American people expect. His leadership has been vital to our recent successes in immigration enforcement. We’re thankful for his service.”
Genalo will remain involved in a limited capacity, continuing to support ICE field offices nationwide.
Enforcement Signals Return to Strong Borders
This operation is part of a broader return to the law-and-order approach many Americans have called for. With President Trump back in office, immigration enforcement is once again front and center.
As illegal underground clubs and unlawful immigration continue to raise security concerns, federal officials say more enforcement actions are on the horizon.
I see everything that is going on is all in California.
