In a stunning revelation the mainstream media refuses to amplify, former Trump border czar Tom Homan says more than 62,000 migrant children have been rescued under President Trump’s leadership — children who were trapped in brutal conditions linked to sex trafficking, forced labor, and criminal exploitation after entering the U.S. alone during the Biden years.
Homan’s comments, delivered Sunday on Fox & Friends, exposed what he calls one of the largest child-welfare failures in modern American history.
“More than 500,000 minors were brought into the U.S. during Joe Biden’s presidency,” Homan cautioned. “Roughly 300,000 of them slipped through the system with no follow-up. From day one, President Trump made it clear that we would spare no effort in locating every single one of these children.”
According to Homan, many of these minors suffered in unthinkable circumstances.
“We’re aware that countless children ended up in trafficking rings, others were pushed into hard labor, and far too many suffered serious abuse,” he explained. “Some of what we uncovered is so disturbing I can’t even describe it publicly. President Trump has once again shown why he’s the greatest leader I’ve ever seen — more than 62,000 children have now been saved.”
Biden’s Border Failure: Children Missing, No Accountability
Homan said the Biden administration simply stopped looking for these minors.
From the start of the Trump administration through last Friday, rescue teams recovered 62,000 children who would otherwise have vanished into cartel-controlled networks.
Republicans and whistleblowers estimate 300,000 to 500,000 migrant children may have gone missing during Biden’s presidency — a staggering number even critics struggle to comprehend.
A DHS review last year revealed that ICE released more than 291,000 minors without court dates between 2019 and 2024, leaving the government unable to track their whereabouts after arrival.
Trump Sounded the Alarm — And Was Proven Right
During the 2024 campaign, Trump repeatedly warned that Biden’s open-border policies were putting children at extreme risk.
At a rally last year, Trump said:
“This is not even possible to believe — 325,000 migrant children are missing, many of whom have been trafficked and raped.”
Behind closed doors, reports say Biden even “lashed out” at former HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra over the spiraling child-migrant disaster.
Homan: Democrats Are Silent Because They’re Complicit
Homan emphasized that Trump took endless criticism for enforcing tough border policies, while Biden’s failures led to historic human suffering.
“They’re complicit,” Homan said of Democrat leaders. “For four years, sex trafficking has hit historic highs. Child crossings at historic highs. Migrant deaths at historic highs.”
Then he delivered a powerful closing message:
“Like or love President Trump, you have to admit — this man is saving America.”
Record Border Chaos Under Biden
Official numbers tell the story:
- 301,981 migrant encounters at the southern border in December of last year — one of the highest monthly totals ever recorded.
- Encounters fell to 11,710 in October, but the damage had already been done.
Experts argue the missing children crisis will remain one of the most devastating legacies of the Biden administration — and one the media is still reluctant to confront.
