“I built many GREAT buildings over the years,” Trump wrote. “When I saw the damage, I immediately demanded answers. Was it vandalism—or just pure stupidity?”

Trump revealed that state-of-the-art White House security cameras caught subcontractors dragging heavy landscaping equipment across the stonework on a broken steel cart. The cart, he said, scraped along the limestone, leaving behind permanent scars.
“They brought back the stupid people—with their boss watching in sunglasses!” Trump said. “Thanks to our incredible video equipment, we caught them cold.”
