Trump Blasts “Stupid” Contractors for Rose Garden Disaster

President Donald Trump lit up Truth Social with a fiery post after discovering what he called a “deep and nasty” gash across the limestone of the newly renovated White House Rose Garden. The president—drawing on his decades as a successful real estate developer—said the damage nearly ruined one of America’s most iconic landmarks.

“I built many GREAT buildings over the years,” Trump wrote. “When I saw the damage, I immediately demanded answers. Was it vandalism—or just pure stupidity?”

Security Footage Reveals the Culprits

Trump revealed that state-of-the-art White House security cameras caught subcontractors dragging heavy landscaping equipment across the stonework on a broken steel cart. The cart, he said, scraped along the limestone, leaving behind permanent scars.

“They brought back the stupid people—with their boss watching in sunglasses!” Trump said. “Thanks to our incredible video equipment, we caught them cold.”

Trump announced that the contractors responsible will be banned from ever working on White House grounds again. He also vowed to replace the stone and hold those responsible financially accountable.

Pride in Craftsmanship and a Warning for Washington

The president defended his decision to upgrade the Rose Garden earlier this month, insisting that the remodel—with premium limestone and elegant design—was more beautiful than ever before. Critics on the Left mocked the renovations, comparing the paved areas to a “parking lot,” but Trump fired back, saying the work reflects excellence and durability.

“I love and respect great workers and contractors, but something like this should never happen,” Trump said. “I’ll make it right—just like I’ve always done.”

Bigger Than Just the Rose Garden

For Trump and his supporters, the episode serves as a reminder: America’s strength is built by skilled workers, not by bureaucrats. Trump turned a near disaster into another example of accountability, leadership, and the kind of no-nonsense management style that made him a household name.
