Radical Left Candidate in Trump’s Crosshairs After Stunning Primary Victory
A far-left Democrat who just won big in New York City is now facing calls for deportation—and President Donald Trump may be the one to make it happen.
Zohran Mamdani, a 33-year-old self-proclaimed democratic socialist, recently defeated former Governor Andrew Cuomo in the Democrat mayoral primary. Born in Uganda and raised in New York City, Mamdani became a U.S. citizen in 2018.
Now, many Americans are asking: Should he be allowed to stay?
Republican Leaders Demand Action
The New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) is urging the Trump administration to revoke Mamdani’s citizenship and deport him under the Communist Control Act of 1954, which bars communists from holding political power in the United States.
“Zohran Mamdani is a radical threat to New York City,” the group posted on X.
“The law gives President Trump full authority to revoke his citizenship and send him back.”
They called on senior Trump officials—Stephen Miller and Tom Homan—to act immediately. The group added, “New York is counting on real leadership.”
Who Is Zohran Mamdani?
Mamdani serves in the New York State Assembly and openly identifies as both a Muslim and a socialist. His policies include expanding welfare programs, cutting police budgets, and implementing far-left climate rules—raising serious alarms among working-class New Yorkers and older voters.
The NYYRC didn’t hold back, calling him a “discount Bolshevik” who threatens to “destroy everything we love about this city.”
Trump and GOP Slam Democrat Shift
President Trump reacted quickly on Truth Social, writing:
“It’s official—the Democrats have gone too far. Zohran Mamdani, an outright communist radical, has won their primary and is now dangerously close to taking over as mayor.”
Conservatives across the country are echoing Trump’s warning, saying Mamdani’s victory proves that radical socialists are taking over the Democrat Party.
Joanna Rodriguez of the National Republican Senatorial Committee stated:
“The Democrat Party is no longer run by moderates.
Socialist extremists are now calling the shots, and Chuck Schumer has lost control.”
Will Trump Deport Him?
While some critics say revoking citizenship is “extreme,” supporters argue that national security and American values must come first.
The Communist Control Act, signed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, gives the federal government power to act against individuals seeking to undermine the United States through communist or socialist agendas.
As the 2025 race heats up, President Trump’s next move could send a powerful message—not just to Mamdani, but to every far-left activist looking to take power.
America First—Again
New York City stands at a crossroads. One path leads to lawlessness, high taxes, and socialist decay. The other path—President Trump’s path—leads back to law and order, prosperity, and freedom.
For millions of Americans age 50 and up who love this country, the choice couldn’t be clearer.
