How can this happen? It’s statistically impossible!

Washington, D.C. — President Donald J. Trump is calling out what he says is yet another blatant case of judicial bias in our nation’s capital.

Early Thursday morning on Truth Social, President Trump blasted Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-appointed judge who has now been assigned his fourth case involving Trump-era officials and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

🗣️ “This is statistically IMPOSSIBLE,” Trump declared. “There is NO WAY a Republican—especially a Trump Republican—can get a fair shake in his courtroom.”

Judge Boasberg is already presiding over a separate case where Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act is being challenged. That case involves the deportation of Venezuelan gang members from Tren de Aragua, a group the U.S. has designated as a foreign terrorist organization.

Now, he’s been handed another major Trump-related lawsuit—raising serious questions among conservative Americans about fairness in the judicial system.

⚖️ “Random Assignment” or Rigged Court System?

President Trump didn’t hold back:

“Boasberg, who is Chief Judge of the D.C. District Court, seems to be grabbing all the Trump Cases. Is the judge assignment system still random—or is this the Swamp protecting its own?”

Trump went on to call the D.C. and New York court systems the “most corrupt and radical” in the country.

“Our nation’s courts are broken. We need an immediate investigation into this rigged systembefore it’s too late.

👨‍⚖️ Trump Calls for Judge’s Impeachment

This isn’t the first time Trump has gone after Boasberg. Earlier this month, he posted on Truth Social:

“This judge, like many of the crooked judges I’m forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!”

While he didn’t mention Boasberg by name in that post, the message was unmistakable.

📁 New Lawsuit Targets Trump Allies

The latest lawsuit—filed by the left-wing group American Oversight—targets several high-profile Trump officials:

  • Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth
  • Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard
  • CIA Director John Ratcliffe
  • Treasury Sec. Scott Bessent
  • Secretary of State Marco Rubio
  • And the National Archives and Records Administration

The group claims the officials used the encrypted messaging app Signal to discuss sensitive national security matters, allegedly violating federal record-keeping laws.

“This is nothing more than another deep state attack on patriotic Americans who served under President Trump,” one D.C. insider said.

🇺🇸 What This Means for 2024 and Beyond

As President Trump continues his America First fight and leads in many polls heading into the 2024 election, conservatives are increasingly sounding the alarm about weaponized courts and unelected bureaucrats working to stop him.

Many are asking:
👉 How long will this two-tiered justice system be allowed to continue?
👉 Will anyone hold these partisan judges accountable?
