The Democratic Party is tearing itself apart—and it’s all thanks to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her radical socialist allies.

Her close confidant, New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, is under fire for living in a rent-stabilized apartment despite making nearly $150,000 a year. While hardworking New Yorkers struggle to find affordable housing, Mamdani enjoys taxpayer-subsidized rent at just $2,300 a month.

Even House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, usually a loyal soldier, refused to endorse Mamdani and admitted the scandal is a “legitimate issue.” That alone has the left in meltdown.

Cuomo vs. the Socialists

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo—no conservative himself—pounced on Mamdani’s hypocrisy, blasting him for gaming the system while campaigning on “housing justice.” Cuomo even proposed new legislation, sarcastically dubbed “Zohran’s Law,” to prevent wealthy politicians from hoarding apartments meant for working families.

Cuomo’s attack went viral, racking up over 30 million views as he demanded Mamdani “move out immediately and give your affordable housing back to a family who needs it.”

AOC’s Machine in Panic Mode

Mamdani’s campaign is spinning hard. His spokesperson blamed “MAGA billionaires” and “right-wing think tanks” for the outrage. But no amount of finger-pointing can hide the truth: Mamdani is living like an elite while preaching socialism to struggling New Yorkers.

Even fellow Democrats are blasting Jeffries for refusing to stand by Mamdani. Left-wing activists on social media accused him of being a “coward” and “not a team player.” Mediaite ran a headline accusing Jeffries of throwing Mamdani “under the bus.”

Democrats in Civil War

This feud isn’t just about one apartment—it’s about the future of the Democratic Party. Ocasio-Cortez and her socialist allies want to push America further left, but establishment Democrats like Jeffries and Cuomo see how toxic that agenda has become.

For conservatives, the hypocrisy couldn’t be clearer: Democrats demand socialism for the people, but luxury perks for themselves. While everyday Americans fight to pay rent, AOC’s top ally lives large on the backs of taxpayers.

The truth is out. The Democrats aren’t fighting for working families—they’re fighting each other. And the chaos is only getting worse.
