This is outrageous!

In a move that has conservatives outraged, an Obama-appointed federal judge has ordered the release of a woman who allegedly made graphic and violent death threats against President Donald Trump.

Chief Judge James Boasberg — an outspoken critic of the Trump administration — freed 50-year-old Nathalie Rose Jones despite her repeated admissions that she wanted to kill the President.

Trump Attacker Released Despite Shocking Threats

Jones was arrested after posting a series of disturbing threats online. On Instagram and Facebook, she called Trump a “terrorist” and a “dictator,” and even described how she would disembowel him with a blade.

In one post, she demanded an “arrest ceremony” for Trump outside the White House. When questioned by the Secret Service, Jones doubled down, admitting she had a weapon and that she was willing to “carry out her mission of killing” the President.

She was charged with threatening to kill or kidnap the Commander-in-Chief and transmitting threats across state lines. A magistrate judge initially ruled her threats were so serious that she must remain behind bars.

But Boasberg reversed that decision—releasing her with electronic monitoring and ordering psychiatric treatment.

Obama Judge Has Long History of Blocking Trump

This decision is just the latest clash between Judge Boasberg and President Trump.

  • Earlier this year, Boasberg tried to block Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants.
  • The Supreme Court had to step in after Boasberg’s rulings triggered a wave of lawsuits challenging deportations.
  • Attorney General Pam Bondi even filed a misconduct complaint against Boasberg for making “improper remarks” about Trump and other judges.

President Trump has called Boasberg a “Radical Left Lunatic” and demanded his impeachment.

Double Standard in Justice System?

Conservatives are asking why a judge would show leniency to someone who made detailed, violent threats against the President of the United States.

To many, this case is another clear example of a two-tiered justice system: one that aggressively pursues Trump and his supporters, but goes soft on those who openly threaten his life.

With Jones now walking free under Boasberg’s order, Americans are left wondering: is the judicial system protecting the President—or protecting those who want to destroy him?
