Are liberals turning on Obama? It seems like it!

In a surprising outburst on The View, liberal co-host Whoopi Goldberg tore into former President Barack Obama and billionaire investor Mark Cuban after both criticized how Democrats have been handling their strategy in response to President Trump’s leadership.

Speaking at a high-dollar fundraiser in New Jersey, Obama told Democrats to stop “whining” and engaging in “navel-gazing,” urging the party to wake up before it’s too late. Cuban, appearing on Pod Save America, slammed the Left’s constant “Trump bashing” as ineffective and disconnected from real voters.

Goldberg didn’t take the criticism lightly.

She jumped in to defend the party’s messaging, claiming Democrats have been anything but passive. “Let me remind everybody who was out marching—older Americans protecting Social Security, parents standing up for their children’s rights,” she shouted. “This wasn’t whining—it was resistance!”

Goldberg insisted that Obama and Cuban were misplacing blame, saying the problem wasn’t with liberal pundits like herself but with how voters were being spoken to.

“With all due respect,” she said firmly, “when you say ‘Democrats,’ you’re talking to the people—not just politicians. And the people have been active. We’ve been out in the streets!”

Her tirade exposed growing cracks within the Left. As Democrat elites struggle to rally behind a unified message, internal criticism is met with public outrage—even when it comes from Barack Obama himself.

Meanwhile, President Trump’s common-sense, America First agenda continues to resonate with everyday Americans—especially seniors—who are tired of the chaos and confusion on the other side.

With infighting increasing and no clear leadership, many are asking: Is the Democratic Party falling apart from the inside?
