On Instagram, Kimmel described the protest as uplifting and calm, noting that he spoke with many attendees who, in his words, continue to see America as a positive force in the world. He reflected on his upbringing, expressing gratitude for being raised by parents who instilled in him a sense of compassion. He also shared a photo of himself wearing a shirt that read, “Make America Good Again.”
He concluded the message with, “See you out there,” urging his followers to join similar protests.

The “No Kings” protests took place in multiple cities across the country. Notably, they were scheduled on the same weekend as a major military parade in Washington, D.C., held in honor of the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday.
While patriotic Americans were celebrating our troops and the founding values of the nation, liberal activists were using the occasion to stage what organizers called a “day of defiance” targeting President Trump and his allies.
Kimmel Slams Trump’s National Guard Deployment
This isn’t the first time Jimmy Kimmel has criticized the Trump administration. The talk show host recently condemned the decision to deploy the National Guard to Los Angeles in response to unrest following ICE immigration enforcement operations.
