Popular podcaster Joe Rogan has dropped a bombshell

Rogan is alleging that two former U.S. presidents personally lobbied Spotify in an attempt to silence him during the pandemic.

This revelation adds to growing concerns about censorship, media bias, and the disturbing power that political elites hold over free speech in America.

Pandemic Criticism Sparked Backlash

In 2022, Rogan faced a coordinated left-wing campaign after expressing skepticism about the official pandemic narrative. He questioned vaccine mandates, discussed unverified alternative treatments like Ivermectin, and welcomed dissenting voices onto his show—something the liberal establishment couldn’t tolerate.

Spotify came under fire from progressive activists for refusing to censor Rogan. Musician Neil Young famously pulled his catalog in protest, sparking headlines across the country.

“Then all of a sudden, I hear that Neil Young wants me removed from Spotify. I was like, ‘What is going on? This is crazy,’” Rogan recalled during a Tuesday broadcast.

But it didn’t stop there.

Rogan: Two Former Presidents Pressured Spotify

According to Rogan, Spotify received direct calls from two former presidents, urging the platform to act against him. While he didn’t name them, many speculate that prominent Democratic figures were involved.

This confirms what many conservatives have long feared: political elites are coordinating with some groups to suppress free speech.

White House Backed Effort to Muzzle Pandemic Debate

Even the Biden administration weighed in. Then-Press Secretary Jen Psaki praised Spotify’s decision to flag Pandemic-related content but pushed for more aggressive censorship.

“This disclaimer is a positive step,” Psaki said, “but we want every platform to do more to call out misinformation and uplift accurate information.”

In reality, that “misinformation” often turned out to be honest questions and medically sound alternative viewpoints.

Media Smears Backfired—Audience Doubled

Rather than diminish Rogan’s reach, the media firestorm only made him stronger.

“I grew by 2 million subscribers in a month,” he said. “People listened and realized I was just trying to get to the truth.”

The liberal media also attacked Rogan for using Ivermectin—a treatment prescribed to humans for decades—by mocking it as “horse dewormer.” Rogan fired back, calling out the hypocrisy.

“Why aren’t you focusing on the fact that a 55-year-old man was fine in three days during the Delta surge?”

A Wake-Up Call on the Corrupt Media Machine

Rogan said the entire experience opened his eyes to the true nature of mainstream journalism.

“It’s such a dirty business,” he said. “I used to have respect for journalists. But now, I see how easily they’ll sell out for clicks and control.”

“If I had never started this podcast, I’d probably still believe their lies,” he added.

Spotify CEO Stands Firm on Free Speech

Despite mounting pressure, Spotify CEO Daniel Ek stood behind Rogan in a 2022 earnings call.

“We don’t change our policies based on one creator or media cycle,” Ek said. “Our content rules were built with expert input, and we believe they’re right for our platform.”

Why It Matters for Conservatives Today

Rogan’s experience is a clear example of how far the political establishment will go to silence voices they can’t control. Whether it’s censorship, info suppression, or weaponizing media narratives, the pattern is clear—and dangerous.

As Americans grow more skeptical of the liberal media and Big Tech’s agenda, stories like this serve as a powerful reminder: free speech is under attack, and it’s up to us to push back.
