Is Trump Showing Great Leadership By Visiting Texas?

Jamie Dimon Insults Democrats

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon is sounding the alarm on what he sees as a growing crisis of ideology over practicality in the Democrat Party. In sharp remarks made at a global finance forum in Ireland, Dimon warned that liberal elites are more focused on woke diversity initiatives than real-world economic solutions—and it’s backfiring.

“Many of my Democrat friends are good people—but they don’t get it,” Dimon said, according to Bloomberg. “They’ve got big hearts and little brains. They just don’t understand how the real world works.”

The top Wall Street executive didn’t mince words, saying Democrats have pushed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) far beyond what’s reasonable.

🔴 “They Overdid It”: Dimon Warns of DEI Overreach

Dimon acknowledged that JPMorgan, like many major companies, has supported outreach to minority groups—including Black, Hispanic, LGBT, and disabled communities—but said the far-left’s extreme focus on identity politics has gone too far.

“We’ve done our part. But now it’s excessive. They’ve turned it into an ideology. It’s time to return to common-sense policies,” he said.

In response to growing backlash, JPMorgan quietly rebranded its DEI program in March, shifting to Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion—a move aimed at emphasizing equal opportunity over forced outcomes.

“The ‘E’ has always meant equal opportunity to us—not equal results,” said JPMorgan COO Jenn Piepszak in a company memo. “This update better reflects our long-standing values and how we reach more clients, create a stronger workforce, and deliver better results.”

🔵 Trump Leads the Way: Executive Order Banned DEI in Government

The shift came just weeks after President Trump signed an executive order banning DEI programs in federal agencies, calling them “divisive, ineffective, and contrary to American values.”

Trump’s order urged corporate America to stop prioritizing social engineering and instead focus on merit-based hiring, economic growth, and restoring faith in American institutions.

⚠️ Dimon Criticizes Biden’s Lack of Business Acumen

Dimon also expressed shock over the Biden administration’s approach to economic policy.

“There wasn’t a single businessperson advising Biden,” he said. “I was speechless. It showed a stunning lack of knowledge.”

🔻 Warning to Democrats: Stop Embracing Radical Socialists

Looking ahead to 2028, Dimon warned Democrats to steer clear of candidates like New York’s Zohran Mamdani, a self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist who clinched the party’s nomination for mayor. Dimon didn’t hold back:

“He’s more of a Marxist than a socialist. And now you see Democrats scrambling to justify it—talking about grocery prices and housing like that makes his ideology any less extreme. It’s fantasy. None of it works in the real world.”

✅ Takeaway for Americans 50+: It’s Time to Get Back to What Works

Dimon’s remarks echo the sentiments of millions of Americans over 50 who are tired of watching common-sense policies get replaced by radical experiments. With inflation, crime, and economic uncertainty on the rise, more Americans are turning back to traditional values—and leaders like President Trump—who put results over rhetoric.
