Former Vice President Kamala Harris had another on-air meltdown this week, unleashing a profanity-filled tirade against President Donald Trump over his latest White House renovation project — the addition of a new ballroom.
During her appearance on The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart, Harris exploded in frustration, accusing President Trump of caring more about a ballroom than government programs.
“Are you f–king kidding me?” Harris snapped. “This guy wants to build a ballroom for his rich friends while babies starve when SNAP benefits run out!”

When pressed by Stewart on whether struggling Democrats could learn something from Trump’s bold, results-driven leadership, Harris refused to answer directly and instead launched another rant.
“It’s important we not conflate disruption with destruction,” she insisted — moments after her profanity-laced tirade.
White House Defends Trump’s Renovation
The White House has confirmed that President Trump’s $300 million ballroom renovation is being funded entirely by private donors, not taxpayers. Officials say the project will preserve the historical legacy of the residence and create a modern space for national events and ceremonies.
But Harris and other Democrat leaders continue to use the renovation as political ammunition, ignoring the fact that Senate Democrats have now voted 13 times to keep the government shut down.
Republicans Say Democrats Are Playing Games
Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) told The Post that Democrats could easily reopen the government and ensure families continue receiving SNAP benefits if they were willing to work across the aisle.
“The simplest way to make sure Americans keep getting food assistance is to pick up the bill and give us five votes,” Thune said after Tuesday’s failed 54-45 vote.
