“It was my great honor to destroy a very large, drug-carrying submarine headed for the United States,” Trump announced on Truth Social. “U.S. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was loaded with fentanyl and other deadly narcotics. Two of the four traffickers were killed, and the other two are being sent back to Ecuador and Colombia for prosecution. Allowing that submarine to reach our shores could have cost 25,000 American lives.”
No U.S. troops were harmed in the operation.
Trump continued,
“Under my watch, the United States will not tolerate narcoterrorists trafficking poison into our country — by land, air, or sea. That era is over.”
