ABC’s The View is once again under fire — this time for refusing to honor a promise made about President Donald Trump.

Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former Trump aide turned outspoken critic, vowed on national television last year that she would proudly wear a red MAGA hat on air if President Trump helped bring home Israeli hostages.

Last December on The View, Griffin pledged that if President Trump succeeded in freeing the Israeli hostages, she would wear a MAGA hat on air for an entire episode to thank him.

Her co-hosts groaned in protest — one even muttered, “Please don’t do that.” Griffin laughed it off at the time, saying, “You have to be able to cheer for wins when they happen, and call out wrongdoing when it happens.”

Trump Delivered. She Didn’t.

This week, Hamas released the remaining Israeli hostages as part of a historic peace deal negotiated with the help of President Trump’s team. The agreement — involving Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner — is being praised worldwide as a rare diplomatic victory.

But when The View aired on Monday and Tuesday, Griffin was nowhere to be seen in that promised MAGA hat.

Instead, she briefly acknowledged Trump’s success, saying, “Whether you like Trump or not, he, Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner deserve credit for this deal.”

She added, “Sometimes the only way to get peace is to sit down with some of the most evil people and try to end the bloodshed. So thank God this peace holds.”

White House Fires Back

The Trump White House wasn’t amused.

“It’s time for her to back up her words,” said White House Communications Director Steven Cheung. “She’s spent so much time chasing headlines and criticizing President Trump, even as he delivered a historic peace agreement. Rather than mingling at D.C. parties, she should be thanking him.”

Conservatives blasted the show online, accusing the hosts of anti-Trump bias and refusing to give credit where it’s due. Many viewers say it’s just another example of Hollywood elites refusing to acknowledge Trump’s leadership and success on the world stage.

Trump’s Leadership Shines Again

While the liberal media and daytime talk shows mock Trump at every turn, his actions speak louder than their outrage. Under his leadership, America once again demonstrated strength in foreign affairs — helping secure the release of innocent hostages and fostering a peace deal many thought impossible.

For millions of Americans who still believe in faith, strength, and patriotism, this latest episode is proof that President Trump continues to deliver — even when his critics refuse to admit it.
