Trump Reshapes Global Politics
President Donald J. Trump’s historic peace efforts in the Middle East have reshaped the global landscape — but his next great mission, according to top political advisor Dick Morris, is delivering that same success to American families here at home.
Appearing Saturday on Newsmax’s “The Count,” Morris praised Trump’s leadership in achieving a Gaza ceasefire and brokering unprecedented peace agreements across the Arab world, calling his record “a world-historic job” that redefined America’s role as a global peace power.
“President Trump has done something no modern leader has accomplished,” Morris said. “He’s created peace through strength — and made war unprofitable.”
Trump’s “Peace Through Strength” Is Working — Just Like Reagan’s Vision
Morris compared Trump’s leadership to the stability of ancient Rome’s Pax Romana — a time of peace created by unmatched strength. He credited Trump’s strong stance on tariffs, energy independence, and military readiness for keeping America secure and respected.
“The combination of economic power and military might has made it clear: you can’t go to war profitably under Trump’s America,” Morris said.
But while the world grows safer under Trump’s foreign policy, Morris warned that voters still feel financial pain at home.
“Only 40% of Americans say their personal finances have improved since Trump took office,” he noted, “and around 30% say they’re worse off.”
Morris: “Bring Some of That Money Home”
Morris urged the president to use the billions of dollars in Middle East investments — including new deals with Qatar and other Gulf nations — to directly benefit U.S. taxpayers.
“Trump has secured billions, even trillions, for Gaza and the Arab world,” Morris said. “Now it’s time to direct some of that prosperity to the American people. Bring some of that money home.”
Nobel Committee Snub? “Trump’s Real Reward Will Be at the Ballot Box”
Despite being snubbed again by the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, Morris said President Trump’s true recognition will come from voters.
“The prize Trump wants isn’t from Oslo — it’s from Main Street, USA,” Morris said. “A thumping Republican victory in next year’s elections will be the real award.”
Trump’s Record: Eight Peace Deals in Ten Months
Morris, author of the new best-selling book “The Real Charlie Kirk,” praised Trump’s record-breaking string of eight peace deals in just ten months — an achievement he called “unmatched in modern history.”
The book highlights the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk, the slain conservative strategist who worked closely with President Trump during the 2024 campaign. Morris said Kirk’s insights and strategy helped Trump achieve what he calls “the most significant political realignment in generations.”
